COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the current uncertain and unprecedented global situation, our ability to ship to certain countries is changing daily. Check again with your local postal service before placing an order or send an email to natureboholand@gmail.com if you are concerned about delivery.

During this period, we have a reduced team to send your orders. Allow extra time for order processing.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders from NATURE BOHOLAND within 2 business days, however, this may be slightly more during particularly busy periods. Rest assured that our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped. The shipment confirmation email will provide the relevant tracking information where this service has been selected.

Delivery charges

Delivery fees will be included at the time of checkout, they will be according to your purchase and location.

We are a family owned and operated business.

For orders outside the European Union, the buyer may incur additional import duties and customs fees. These are charged at the port of entry and are the buyer's responsibility.

Note: as all our products are made of natural materials, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the import restrictions for the country of delivery.

Delivery methods

All orders are sent by CTT or by express courier service (DPD, UPS, DHL, TNT or Parcel Force). Since our carriers require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day, provide an alternate address, such as your work address, or instructions on where your order can be left safely, for example with a neighbor. A card will be left to reorganize delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.

For international deliveries, CTT works in conjunction with the local postal service in each country.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated by the volumetric weight and will be added to your order at checkout.
