Cancellations

If we accept an order from you and you wish to cancel this order, you must send us an email within 24 hours to notify us of this. Enter your Nature Boholand order number.

If an email has already been sent to confirm the shipment, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case, it will be necessary for you to return the goods to us for a previous evaluation of the product and thus proceed with the return .

Price

All prices shown include VAT, when applicable, at the current rate at Portugal.

If, after Nature Boholand your order (acceptance will be communicated by email upon receipt of an order), and you wish to terminate the contract, you can do so by communicating this wish to us within 24 hours of our acceptance. If you have already received the products and they are unwanted, you must return the products to us. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. This does not apply in the case of defective, damaged or incorrect products.

It is imperative that you notify us within 5 business days of receiving the goods if they are defective. As long as the products are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you, we will refund all money, minus any charges, paid by you for those products.

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights. If the products do not reach you in good condition or are defective, the shipping costs of the affected part of the delivery back to Nature Boholand will be at our expense. You must contact us to arrange the return. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 business days and we will keep you informed of progress. Nature Boholand will only credit you for items that have been damaged or defective after the safe receipt of the goods in our hands. Nature Boholand will accept returns and give a full refund only in circumstances where the products have not been tampered with or opened. Refunds will be provided within 30 days after the refund agreement.

Nature Boholand cannot be held responsible if any item you have requested is seized or has an extra tax levied on it by the local customs and tax department, so we recommend that you check with the Customs and Taxes Department before placing your order. To change an order or shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes before shipping, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed. An order may incur additional costs if a change of delivery address is requested after the goods have been dispatched.
